A loaf, a full moon, and a revelation

May we all keep feeding what’s real, letting it rise, and trusting our own timing. Especially in this moment of global shifts. Because our individual vibes, consciousness, actions, shape the outcome of this cosmic shift.

This morning, under an enormous Aries full moon, I pulled the best-looking loaf of my life out of the oven.

All weekend I’d been feeding the starter, folding, kneading, watching the slow rise, tucking it into the fridge for its overnight rest. Every step asked for attention but never control.

Sourdough, I'm learning, has its own tempo. You listen, you adjust, you wait.

And when that loaf came out—crackling, golden, fragrant—I thought, I really can do this. I really enjoy this.

There’s no algorithm for this kind of knowing. The dough doesn’t care about clocks or formulas; it responds to relationship.

Humidity, warmth, mood, moonlight—all of it matters.

It reminded me why I gave up on the fancy bread machine. The promise was “perfect bread every time.” The result? Flat, bland, and lifeless. Because the machine uses mostly dead yeast and a pre-set schedule. No intuition allowed.

We instinctually know this is how the old systems work—the ones that trained so many of us to perform, to mask, to prove our worth by following rigid directions.

Sourdough, like the feminine, asks us to trust what we can sense in addition to what we can measure.
To rise when we’re ready.
To be alive, variable, and responsive.

For me, this is what moving from Masking to Magnetic looks like: shifting from mechanical productivity to unabashedly alive creative presence. From following recipes to listening for rhythm. From control to collaboration with life itself.

So tonight, as that Aries moon illuminates everything that’s ready to be seen:
