Your Body Always Knows (Even When They Pretend to Care)

You know that moment. The air goes sharp in your lungs. Your chest tightens like shape wear gone rogue. Shoulders rise, skin prickles. ❄️
They’re smiling, calm, even “concerned.” They look like decent people. But your belly whispers the truth: this isn’t care. This is control.
That freeze? That stillness? It isn’t weakness. It’s your edge.
It’s your body screaming what your mind will try to rationalize away.
And if you’re a dangerous woman (or a man who loves them), you already know this game. Words without reciprocity. Virtue masks covering entitlement. Extraction dressed up as connection.
We’ve all been there: families, romances, workplaces, whole systems that feed off our over-functioning while calling it “love” or “duty.” But here’s the pivot: we don’t have to play anymore.
Because reciprocity is the line. ✨
Without it, there is no relationship — only performance, only drain.
With it? Bonds that feed, nourish, and grow.
This is the work of coming home to yourself. To trust the goosebumps, the freeze, the whisper of “no.”
To honor your body as the oracle that it is.
That’s what I’m exploring in Episode 1 of the Feral Podcast: Where Deconstruction Meets Dangerous Women.
This is your holy summons. Come. Let’s stop confusing words for presence, and start building the kind of community that actually feeds us.
Much love,
